1.2. These Terms apply between Provsvaret and the party purchasing products or services from Provsvaret (the "Customer").

1.3. By ordering products or services from Provsvaret, the Customer accepts these Terms.

2. Products and Services

2.1. Provsvaret offers various types of products, such as drug tests and alcohol tests, as well as services for workplace testing and other health-related tests.

2.2. Provsvaret reserves the right to change the product range, prices, and product descriptions at any time.

2.3. All products and services are presented with current information and prices on the Website. Provsvaret is not responsible for any typographical errors or technical problems that may affect the information.

3. Orders and Agreements

3.1. An agreement is considered concluded when the Customer has received an order confirmation from Provsvaret via email.

3.2. When ordering services, such as workplace testing, an agreement is made through a written agreement between Provsvaret and the Customer.

3.3. Provsvaret reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or insufficient payment history.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT and other taxes or fees, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Payment can be made via the payment options offered on the Website.

4.3. In case of late payment, default interest according to the Interest Act and reminder fees apply.

4.4. Provsvaret reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, increased costs, or new laws.

5. Delivery and Performance of Services

5.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order. The delivery time is indicated at the time of order and may vary depending on the product and delivery method.

5.2. Services are performed at the time and place agreed between Provsvaret and the Customer.

5.3. Provsvaret is responsible for the products until they are delivered to the Customer. In case of damaged or missing products in the delivery, the Customer should immediately contact Provsvaret.

5.4. If services are delayed or prevented due to reasons beyond Provsvaret's control, such as the Customer's unavailability, Provsvaret has the right to change the time of performance.

6. Complaints

6.1. In case of complaints about products or services, the Customer should contact Provsvaret within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. In case of approved complaint, Provsvaret is responsible for compensation, redelivery, or correction of the service.

6.2. Returns are paid by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Provsvaret is only liable for direct damages caused by negligence on Provsvaret's part and is limited to the amount of the current order.

7.2. Provsvaret is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost income, lost profits, or other financial loss.

11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

11.1. Disputes arising from these Terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

11.2. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish general court with Borås District Court as the first instance.

11.3. These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
