Drug testing

Workplace drug testing
A complete set-up for drug and alcohol testing at your workplace. We draw up the policy, train managers and safety representatives, handle sample collection on site or via our partner network, send samples to an accredited laboratory and have MRO physicians review positive results before reporting. All with a legally robust chain of custody.

Pre-employment drug testing
Baseline screening of new employees before their start date. We help you build routines for consent and booking, carry out sample collection on site or at a healthcare provider near the candidate, and return the result quickly so that the recruitment process keeps up its pace. Suitable for safety-sensitive roles, vehicle drivers and licensed operations.

Random drug testing
Recurring random selection programmes in which every employee has the same probability of being called. We carry out the selection using a documented method, coordinate times with your operational planning and take samples on site or via a partner. Done correctly, it deters substance misuse and keeps the programme legally sound in the event of any disputes with the trade union.

For-cause drug testing
A structured approach when a manager sees concrete signs of impairment or after a workplace accident. We guide you through the conversation with the employee, ensure documentation and consent, arrange immediate sample collection on site or at the nearest partner and have an MRO review the result before any decision is made.

On-site drug testing
We come to your workplace and carry out sample collection where your employees already are – in the factory, depot, office or on the construction site. Mobile units and certified sample collectors cover the whole country, and we plan the visit to minimise the impact on production. Well suited to large-scale screenings and safety-critical environments.

Alcohol testing

Workplace alcohol testing
A complete alcohol package with breath tests for acute impairment and blood tests that show long-term use – PEth, CDT and EtG. Suitable for safety-critical duties, rehabilitation and follow-up. We handle both on-site rapid tests when impairment is suspected and planned screenings via the laboratory, with reports that withstand legal scrutiny.
