Sampling
Certified samplers conduct the sampling at your workplace according to established procedures. The sample is securely packaged in a hygienic laboratory kit.
Transport to laboratory
The sample is sent directly to our partner laboratory Synlab in Germany with trackable shipping.
Laboratory analysis
The sample is analyzed with advanced LC-MS/MS technology that detects even very low concentrations. Includes manipulation control.
MRO review
A Medical Review Officer (MRO physician) reviews and interprets positive results medically. For positive findings, the employee is contacted for explanation.
Results report
Results are delivered within 5 business days directly in your customer portal or via email. Includes detailed analysis report and recommendations.
